Çalışma ortamındaki fiziksel bileşenlerin (gürültü, aydınlatma, havalandırma, sıcaklık gibi) çalışanların iş memnuniyeti üzerinde önemli etkiye sahip olduğu bilinmektedir. Çalışma ortamlarındaki ergonomik olmayan bu fiziksel koşulların varlığı, çalışanlar üzerinde olumsuz fiziksel ve psikolojik rahatsızlıklar gelişmesine neden olabilmektedir. Yaşanan bu sorunlar çalışma ortamının özellikleri nedeniyle gelişebileceği gibi iş akışındaki sorunların etkisiyle ortaya çıkan stres nedeniyle de çoğalabilmektedir. Bu durum, iş veriminin düşmesine ve kullanıcıların sağlık problemleri yaşamasına neden olabilmektedir. Çalışma ortamındaki çalışanların ergonomik olmayan iş ortamlarından ve iş süreçlerinden dolayı yaşadıkları bu tür rahatsızlıklara yol açabilecek ortak risk faktörleri, çevresel faktörler, fiziksel faktörler ve psikolojik faktörler olarak gruplandırılabilmektedir.
It is known that physical components in the work environment (such as noise, lighting, ventilation, temperature) have a significant impact on the satisfaction of employees. The presence of these non-ergonomic physical conditions in the working environments can lead to the development of negative physical and psychological disorders on employees. These problems can also be multiplied due to stress that occurs due to the effects of problems in the workflow as they may develop due to the characteristics of the work environment. This can lead to a decrease in employment productivity and users experience health problems. Common risk factors, environmental factors, physical factors, and psychological factors that can lead to such disorders that workers in the work environment experience due to their non-ergonomic work environments and work processes.
