Öz Vüsat Orhan Bener Modern Türk edebiyatının mümbit yazarlarından biridir. Yazarın Bay Muannit Sahtegi’nin Notları başlıklı romanı kurmaca günlük bir anlatıdır. Bir başka deyişle kurmaca günlük anlatı tekniği ile yazılmıştır. Anlatı Bay Muannit Sahtegi’nin günlüklerinden meydana gelmektedir. Bay Muannit Sahtegi’nin Notları geleneksel anlatının ilerisindedir. Postmodernist anlatı teknikleri ile yazılan modernist bir romandır. Anlatıda Vüsat O.Bener’in kendi yaşamı ile ilgili bilgiler de vardır. Bu noktada yazarın kasıtlı bir amacı vardır. Vüsat O.Bener ile Bay Muannit Sahtegi kimi yönleriyle aynı yaşamlara sahiptir. İma edilen okur bu bağlamda sınanmaktadır. Vüs’at O.Bener kendi öz yaşam öyküsünü otobiyografi biçimi ile mi anlatmaktadır yoksa kendi öz yaşam öyküsünden parçalar koyarak kurmaca bir anlatı mı sunmaktadır? Bu makalede kurmaca günlük bir roman olan Bay Muannit Sahtegi’nin Notları güvenilmez bir anlatıcı olan Bay Muannit Sahtegi’nin perspektifinden incelenecektir. MUANNİT SAHTEGİ’S NOTES Vüsat Orhan Bener is one of the productive writer of modern Turkish literature. Novel of writeren titled by “Mr. Muannit Sahtegi’s Notes” is a type of daily fiction narrative. In other words fiction was written by narrative technic and consist of Mr. Muannit Sahtegi’s journals. The book Mr. Muannit Sahtegi’s Notes is ahead of traditional narrative. It is a modernist novel written by postmodernist narration technics. In novel, there is also information regarding Vusat O. Bener’s own life. The writer has an intentional purpose at that point. Writer and Mr. Muannit Sahtegi have same lives in some ways. In this context the reader who implied is being tested. If Vüsat O Bener, tell his own life story in autobiographic style or he presents fictoned narrative with putting some parts of his own life story. In this article “Mr. Muannit Sahtegi Notes” will be analyzed with the perspective of Mr. Muannit Sahtegi who is an unreliable narrator. In other words, it was written with daily narrative technique. It consists of Mr. Muannit Sahtegi's diaries. Mr. Muannit Sahtegi's Notes is beyond the classical narrative. It is a modernist novel written with postmodern narrative techniques. In the narrative, there is information about Vüsat O. Bener's own life. Because the author tends to identify himself and his weaknesses with Mr. Muannit Sahtegi. In this context the author has an intentional purpose. Vüsat O. Bener and Mr. Muannit Sahtegi have the same lives in some aspects. The implied reader is tested at this point. This purpose creates ambiguity in the narrative. Therefore, first of all, similarities between Vüsat O. Bener and Mr. Muannit Sahtegi will be tried to be shown. Then, the issue of unreliable narrator will be discussed in the fictional daily narrative of Mr. Muannit Sahtegi. In this article, Mr. Muannit Sahtegi's Notes will be examined from the perspective of Mr. Muannit Sahtegi who is an unreliable narrator.
