Abstract:

In electronic auction sales, which is a type of sale by auction and entered into our law with the amendments made in the Execution and Bankruptcy Law with Law No. 7343, the entire sales process takes place in electronic environment. Ten percent security is required to participate in the auction. If the sale is not realized in the first auction for any reason, the second auction is made. The first and second auctions are carried out completely electronically within the day and time interval which are specified in the electronic advertisement that is made on the electronic sales portal, all of the auction bids are submitted electronically and the auctions end in the electronic environment. After the auction is over, the report of auction results is prepared by the executive director regarding the outcome of the auction and is announced on the electronic sales portal on the first business day after the auction ends. If the conditions are met as a result of the auction, the goods are awarded to the highest bidder. The sale price must be paid within seven days from the date of the announcement of the auction results. After the sale price is paid and the tender is finalized, the delivery and registration of the sold goods are carried out.
