Abstract:

At the age of eighteen, the man appealed to the left side with a complaint of vision reduction that lasted for a month. In the ophthalmological examination, the vision accuracy was 0.8 in the right edge, 0.2 in the left edge. The intraocular pressure (GIB) was measured 17 and 13 mmHg respectively. In the biomycroscopy, the right eye stage 2 was nucleary sclerosis, the left eye was psychofaced. In the Fundus examination, a subretinal hemorrhage at the diameter of 8-9 optical disks in the right natural, left makula, hyperpigmented damage in the upper temporal arcade line was detected. Fundus Fluoresein anjiographide (FFA) had a wide hypofloresan area that caused coroid blockage at approximately 8-9 optical disk diameter in the left side and hyperfloresan area that appeared in the late period in the upper temporal arcade equation. The central macula thickness in the optical coherens tomography (OKT) was 243 μm in the right edge and 641 μm in the left edge. The results of the examination and examination of the matters were diagnosed with hemorrhoids. The treatment option is intravitreal aflibercept injection. After the four doses of intravitreal aflibersept, the visual accuracy of the phenomenon increased to 0.6, the subretinal hemorrhage disappeared in the fundus examination and the central macula thickness decreased to 388 μm. We wanted to note that in cases of submakular hemorrhage, intravitreal aflibercept injection can be considered as a primary treatment.
