Increased competition with globalization has left all businesses in an intense struggle environment. These businesses should be quickly adapted to focus on customer requirements, use of the time constraints with a goodway, monitore the developing technologies and integrate it to own structure and developing new management techniques for struggling more successfully with their competitors. Knowlegde management has located in the core of the criteria to be considered. Information should be a strategic goal and a settled organizational culture in the point of obtaining and sharing information for business. To be informed about own developments, businesses must constantly evaluate the processes and should make process own developments. In this study, a knowledge management maturity model which can be used process improvement is introduced. Through this model, business managers can struggle successfully with its rivals.
