Primer abdominal gebelik tüm ektopik gebeliklerin yalnızca %1’ini oluşturur. Abdominal gebeliklerde gestasyonel kese genellikle pelvise veya karaciğer ve mezenter gibi yüksek vasküler bölgelere implante olur. Maternal morbidite ve mortalitenin önemli nedenlerindendir. Erken tanı ve tedavi ile potansiyel mortalite ciddi bir şekilde azaltılabilir. Tanı, Studdiford abdominal kriterleri ile konur. Gebelik haftasının erken olduğu uygun olgu grubunda laparoskopik cerrahi tedavide yüz güldürücüdür. Cerrahinin yeterli olmadığı durumlarda sistemik veya lokal metotreksat tedavisi oldukça başarılı sonuçlar verir.
Primary abdominal pregnancy accounts for only 1% of all ectopic pregnancies. In abdominal pregnancies, the gestational cut is often implanted into high vascular areas, such as the pelvis or the liver and mezenter. It is one of the main causes of maternal morbidity and mortality. With early diagnosis and treatment, potential mortality can be seriously reduced. The diagnosis is based on the Studdiford abdominal criteria. In the appropriate group of phenomena that the pregnancy week is early, laparoscopic surgery is face-to-face laughing. In cases where surgery is not sufficient, systematic or local methotrexate treatment gives quite successful results.
