In the earliest years of the application of remote education, it was mostly carried out in the basis of printed materials. In time, there became some trials of using such communication media as radio, cassette, film and telephone. Later on, it was carried out visually thanks to television and spread to larger populations. From 1990 onwards, remote education was carried out through remote education web technologies with the extensively using of the Internet as an international web and distances came closer. From the years of 2010s onwards, incredible developments in informatics technologies added a different dimension to remote education.
