Henoch-Schönlein purpura is the most common vasculitis of childhood. It is characterized by skin involvement, arthritis, renal and gastrointestinal system involvement. Henoch-Schönlein purpura is usually triggered by an antigenic stimulus, including infectious agents, drugs, insect bite or food ingestion. It is rarely triggered by varicella zoster virus infection. We, herein, present a case with Henoch- Schönlein purpura developing after varicella.
