Amaç: Sağlık bakımında güvenlik kültürünün geliştirilmesi tıbbi hataların önlenmesi ya da azaltılmasının önemli bir bileşenidir. “Güvenlik İklimi Anketi” uygulanarak, bir organizasyonda çalışanların güvenlik algıları ve yönetimin güvenlik bağlılığı hakkında bilgi edinilebilir. Böylece güvenlik uygulamalarında zayıf noktalar tesbit edilebilir. Bu çalışma bir devlet hastanesi çalışanlarının hasta güvenlik algılarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Sağlık çalışanlarına ‘’Güvenlik İklimi’’ anketi uygulanmıştır. Anket 24 soru içermekte olup, sonuçlar 5’li Likert skoru ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Anketin ortalama Likert skoru 3.6, güvenlik iklimi ortalaması ise 3.4 bulunmuştur.. Nöbet değişimlerinden önce “hasta teslimleri” yapılır ifadesiyüksek skora 4.4 sahipti. Performansın geri bildirimidüşük skora 2.8 sahipti.. Çalışanların %75.5’i yaşanan olumsuz olayların çok sayıda sistem hatası olduğu ve bireylere mal edilemeyeceğini düşünmektedir. The development of a safety culture in healthcare is an important component of prevention or reduction of medical errors. By implementing the "Security Climate Survey", information about the security perceptions of employees in an organization and the security commitment of the management can be obtained. In this way weaknesses can be identified in security practices. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the patient safety perceptions of a state hospital staff.The purpose and method: The health workers were applied the "Security Climate" survey. The survey contains 24 questions, and the results were evaluated with a Likert score of 5. Results: The survey's average Likert score was 3.6, the safety climate average was 3.4. The performance feedback was 2.8 and 75.5 percent of employees believe that the negative events are a lot of system errors and that they cannot be paid to individuals. Knowledge of appropriate channels related to patient safety and feedback on performance have been found as independent factors that motivate error reporting.
