Data were collected by "Questionnaire Form" and "Infant Colic Scale" which were prepared by researchers. Findings: It was determined that 49.8% of the mothers in the study group were in the 27- 34 age group and 59.8% were primary or secondary school graduates. 59,3% of the babies were male and the mean age was 6,16 ± 3,82 months. 46,4% of babies were fed with bottle and mixed. Mothers who are mostly directed towards the infantile colic; 44,4% of babies were rubbing their backs, 25,8% of them were massaged / exercised, and 19.1% were using medications for colic. The infantile total score, immature digestive system and difficult baby sub-dimension scores of infants aged 0-3 months were found statistically significant (p=0,018). There was a significant difference (p <0,05) between infantile colic scale total score and cow milk/ soy protein intolerance subscale scores according to gestational age of infants. Cow's milk/ soy protein intolerance subscale score (p=0,01) score and score of infants fed with breast milk. Conclusion: Infantile colic is more common when baby's age is smaller. Nutrition, horizontal or vertical holding of the bottle, use of pacifier, maternal age, mother's work prevents infantile colic from developing in the baby.
