So many results that aren't mine?

İşletmelerde yönetim kademesinde yer alan kişilerin ne tür bir liderlik tarzına sahip oldukları çalışanların davranışları ve işletmeye ilişkin tutumları üzerinde önemli etkiye sahiptir. Bu nedenle işletmelerdeki yöneticilerin liderlik tarzlarının çalışanlar açısından nasıl algılandığının tespit edilerek ortaya konulması yöneticiler tarafından başarılı bir yönetim sergilenmesinde yol gösterici olacaktır. Literatürde liderlik tarzlarına ilişkin çeşitli ayrımlar bulunmakta olup bu çalışmada öncelikle liderlik kavramı ve liderlik tarzlarına ilişkin genel bilgiler verilerek, daha sonra otokratik, demokratik ve serbest bırakıcı liderlik tarzları açıklanacaktır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise Kahramanmaraş’ta lokomotif sektör olarak görülen tekstil sektöründe, kadın çalışanların çalıştıkları işletmelerde bulunan yöneticilerin, liderlik tarzlarına ilişkin algılarını ölçmek amacıyla yapılan bir alan araştırmasına yer verilecektir.

Abstract:

It has a significant influence on the behavior of employees and their attitudes towards the business on what kind of leadership people are in the management stage in companies. Therefore, the identification of the management styles of managers in enterprises by identifying how they are perceived from the point of view of employees will be a guide to a successful management exhibition by managers. There are various differences in literature regarding leadership styles, and this study will first provide general information about the concept of leadership and leadership styles, and then explain autocratic, democratic and liberating leadership styles. In the second part of the study, in the textile sector, which is seen as the locomotive sector in Kahramanmaraş, women will be involved in a field research to measure the perceptions of managers in the enterprises in which they work, their leadership styles.

The leadership style of people in managerial positions has a significant impact on employee behavior and attitudes towards business. Therefore, finding out the perceptions of employees regarding their managers’ leadership style will guide to managers to display successful management. There are several distinctions in the literature as to the type of leadership. In this study, first the concept and types of leadership determined and then the autocratic, democratic and free reign leadership styles will be explained. In the second part of the study a field research, to measure the perceptions of women workers about their managers’ leadership style, will be included in the textile industry as leading sector in Kahramanmaras.
