Renal lenfanjiektazi, intrarenal ya da perirenal lenfatiklerde malformasyonla karakterize kistik kitle görünümü veren nadir görülen, böbreğin benign gelişimsel bir hastalığıdır. Lenfatik damarların dilatasyonuna bağlı gelişen bu patolojik durum çoğu zaman asemptomatik olup tesadüfen bulunmasına rağmen, tanı konmamış hastalarda hipertansiyon ve böbrek yetmezliği nedeni olabilir. Enfeksiyon, rüptür ve hemoraji sık tanımlanan komplikasyonlar arasındadır. Bu nedenle görüntüleme bulguları tanıda çok kritik role sahip olup olguların erken tanı alması çok önemlidir. Burada karın ağrısı nedeniyle Bilgisayarlı Tomografi (BT) ile tanı konulan kız çocukta tespit edilen unilateral renal lenfanjiomatozis olgusunun BT görüntülerini literatür eşliğinde sunuldu.
Renal lymphagystasis is a rare, benign developmental disease of the kidneys that gives a cystic mass appearance characterized by malformation in the intrarenal or perirenal lymphs. This pathological condition, which develops due to the dilatation of the lymphatic vessels, is often asymptomatic and is found by chance, but may be the cause of hypertension and kidney insufficiency in undiagnosed patients. Infections, rhinitis and hemorrhage are among the common complications. Therefore, it is very important that visual findings play a very critical role in the diagnosis and that the facts are diagnosed early. Here, IT images of the unilateral renal lymphangiomatosis phenomenon identified in a girl diagnosed with computer tomography (BT) due to stomach pain were presented in literature accompanying.
