Introduction: Crossfit® is a multivariate training with functional, gymnastic and Olympic weightlifting exercises of varying volumes and intensities. The variation provides the enhancement of a wide range of physical capabilities and general fitness. The aim of this study was to assess parameters of physical capabilities in CrossFit® practitioners at different training stages. 65 volunteers participated in the study in a Crossfit® Box (35 men aged 32.3±7.1 years and 30 women aged 32.2 ±8.7 years). They were divided into three groups for each sex: Beginner (BEG) with practice for 3 to 6 months; Intermediate (INT) from 7 to 18 months and Advanced (ADV) with 19 months or more. The individuals were evaluated in tests of flexibility, strength, localized muscular resistance (LMR) and aerobic resistance. The significance of the differences was determined using ANOVA-one way with Tuckey's post-hoc (p<0.05). In terms of flexibility, there was a better performance in the BEG and INT groups compared to the BEG for men (p<0.05), but not for women. In strength, there was a better performance in groups INT and ADV compared to BEG in men (p<0.05), but without differences in women. In the LMR there were no differences. In aerobic fitness, there was a better performance in the INT and ADV groups in men (p<0.05), but only between BEG and INT in women (p<0.05). In conclusion, Crossfit® training provides progressive improvement of the most pronounced flexibility, strength and aerobic fitness capabilities in men, according to the training stage
