Abstract:

The objective of this study is to study the postgraduate theses prepared in relation to the leadership styles of school managers according to the subjects of year, type, sampling technique, type of research, method, data collection tools, data analysis, job location and work. The method of research is the method of document examination. The data were collected by examining 47 sub-graduate theses indexed in the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Council. The data has been analyzed by the frequency and percentage. According to the research results, most of the theses were made between 2017 and 2021 and are theses at the master level. The appropriate sampling as a sample technique, the scale as a data collection tool, and the analysis as a correlation analysis technique are conducted with the theses. Most of the theses used the relative scanning method of quantum research types. As the subject of the study, the most work satisfaction was studied while the theses conducted between the leadership styles of the school directors and 23 different subjects. When the results of the theses were addressed, the conclusion was that leadership styles had a positive relationship with the other variables studied.
