Abstract:

This scale adaptation study contains findings of reliability and validity values within the framework of the Entrepreneurial Behavioral Scale adaptation, developed by Pearce and its colleagues (1997) . The study was done with data obtained from two different sampling groups (n=401, n=366) in the software and logistics sector. According to statistical analyses, the scale has a single-factor structure in our language in accordance with the original one-factor structure. In the reliability analysis, the Cronbach Alfa ratio of the entrepreneurial behavior scale was measured to 97, and 92, for the first sample. The findings obtained from statistical analyses have shown that the adapted entrepreneurial behavior scale can be used as a valid and reliable scale for the measurement of entrepreneurial behavior for employees in various sectors in Turkey.
