Herediter bir doku anomalisi olarak kabul edilen amelogenezis imperfektada; sorunların giderilmesi amacıyla uygulanan birçok tedavi seçeneği mevcuttur. Üstün estetik ve fiziksel özelliklere sahip restoratif materyallerin üretilmesi sonucunda, amelogenezis imperfekta benzeri vakalarda, direkt kompozit rezin restorasyonlar tercih edilmeye başlamıştır. Bu yöntem; düşük maliyeti, tek seansta uygulanabilirliği ve çok uzun laboratuvar işlemine gerek kalmaması gibi avantajlara sahiptir. Bu raporda, dişlerindeki şekil ve renk bozukluğu şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvuran yaşları 20-28 arasında değişen 4 farklı hastanın talepleri doğrultusunda, anterior dişlerinde direkt estetik kompozit rezin uygulaması sunulmaktadır. Alınan dental, medikal, sosyal anamnezler ve radyografik değerlendirmeler sonucunda; vakaların 3’ünün Tip I, 1’inin ise Tip II amelogenezis imperfekta olduğu kanaatine varılmıştır. Hastalara yapılan restoratif işlemler sonucunda estetik görünüm kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Hastalara oral hijyen motivasyonu verilerek, 6 ay sonra kontrole gelmeleri istenmiştir. Altı ay sonraki kontroller sonucunda; restorasyonlarda herhangi bir kırılma, düşme veya renklenmenin olmadığı ve restorasyonların oldukça başarılı olduğu gözlenmiştir. With produced restorative materials that have superior esthetic and physical properties, in similar cases to amelogenesis imperfecta, direct composite resin restorations have been started to prefer. This method has many advantages such as low cost, single session application, and no laboratory procedures. In this report, application of direct esthetic composite restoration was presented in anterior teeth of 4 different patients who came our clinic with complaints of discoloration and the shape deformity, 20-28 aged. The results of dental, medical, radiographic evaluations and social histories, it has decided that three cases were Type I AI and a case was Type II AI. With restorative procedures, aesthetic results were aimed. The patient was given oral hygiene motivation and was advised to control after 6 months. After six months, in the control, it has not been observed any break, the falling or discoloration in restorations, so restorations were very successful. Amelogenesis, which is considered an hereditary tissue anomaly, is imperfect; there are many treatment options that are used to solve problems. As a result of the production of restorative materials with excellent aesthetic and physical properties, in cases similar to amelogenesis imperfect, direct composite resin restorations have begun to be preferred. This method has advantages such as low cost, one-session applicability and no need for too long laboratory processing. In this report, according to the demands of 4 different patients, who are between 20 and 28 years of age, with the form and color disorders in their teeth, the application of a direct aesthetic composite resin on the front teeth is offered. Dental, medical, social and radiographic assessments have found that 3 cases of type I and 1 of type II amemogenesis are imperfect. The restoration processes are aimed at providing aesthetic appearance to the patients. Patients are given oral hygiene motivation, and they are asked to come to control after 6 months. Six months later, there was no breakdown, fall or coloring in the restorations, and the restorations were very successful.
