In research, it was aimed to determine the strategic leadership behaviors of school principals according to teacher opinions. While determining the opinions of teachers about strategic leadership, how the teacher views change according to gender, marital status, educational statusand Professional seniority was among the aims of the research. In order to achieve these goals, the screening model, which is one of the quantitative research methods, was preferred. The universe of there search consists of teachers working in public schools in Dulkadiroğlu District of Kahramanmaraş Province. Thes ample of the research is tocreate 150 teachers among the teachers working in public schools in the Dulkadiroğlu District of Kahramanmaraş Province, using the “Simple random sampling” method. In the research, two data collection tools were used to collect data. The first is the “Personal Information Form” tolearn the personal information of the teachers, and these cond is the “Strategic Leadership Scale”. The data obtained by applying the measurement tools used to collect data of the research to the teachers were analyzed taking in to accountthe sub-problem of the research. In the study, it was determined that teachers' opinions about strategicle adership did not differ significantly according to gender, maritalstatus, educational status and Professional seniority. According to this result, it can be said that the opinions of the teachers participating in the research in terms of demographic variable sare similar to each other.
