Türkiye’de hemşirelik duygusal habitusu kavramı üzerine yapılmış lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında “duygu, duygusal emek, habitus, duygusal habitus, sermaye, duygusal sermaye, kültürel sermaye, sosyal sermaye, psikolojik sermaye, simgesel sermaye, hemşire, hemşirelik” anahtar kelimeleri ayrı ayrı ve birlikte kullanılarak tarama yapılmıştır. Tez değerlendirme formu araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulmuştur. Anahtar sözcüklerden duygu, duygusal emek, duygusal habitus, sosyal sermaye, psikolojik sermaye ile ilgili hemşireler ve Hemşirelik öğrencileri ile yürütülen lisansüstü 64 teze ulaşılmıştır. Dolaylı kavramlarla hemşirelik duygusal habitusu hakkında birçok alanda çalışmanın var olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bu kavramlar duygusal habitusun temellendiği ve şekillendirdiği hemşirelik sermayeleri ve duygusal emek ile ilgilidir. Tezlerin %78.1 yüksek lisans tezidir. Bu tezler %25 oranında İşletme, %21.9 oranında Hemşirelik ana bilim dallarında; çoğunlukla Hacettepe ve Ondokuz Mayıs üniversitelerinde (%7.8), 2019 (%32.8) yılında yapıldığı görülmüştür. Tezlerin %95.3’ü nicel çalışmadır. sağlık bilimleri enstitülerinde ağırlıklı olarak duygusal emek, sosyal bilimler enstitülerinde psikolojik sermaye çalışılmıştır. En fazla konu çeşitliliği Psikiyatri ve Ruh Sağlığı Hemşireliği eğitim programıdır. Duygusal emek konusunda 21 ve psikolojik sermaye konusunda 8 tez hemşirelerle yürütülmüştür. Hemşirelerin dâhil olduğu sağlık personeli ile yürütülen tezlerin 12’si psikolojik sermaye ve 2’si sosyal sermaye konularındadır. Öğrenci hemşireler ile yürütülen tezler Hemşirelik Ana Bilim Dalı ve Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Hemşireliği Programıdır. Hemşirelerin örneklem olduğu tezlerin sadece 4’ü doktora tezidir. Tezlerin büyük çoğunluğunun yüksek lisans tezi olduğu, nicel araştırma deseninde yapıldığı, doğrudan duygusal habitus kavramıyla 1 tez yürütüldüğü saptanmıştır. Duygusal habitus konusunda çalışma yapacak olan araştırmacılara yol gösterici olması beklenmektedir.
It is aimed to examine some features of postgraduate theses on nursing emotional habitus in Turkey. Search terms included “emotion, emotional labour, habitus, emotional habitus, capital, emotional capital, cultural capital, social capital, psychological capital, symbolic capital, nurse, and nursing” were used separately and together on the database of the National Council of Higher Education Thesis Center. The Thesis Evaluation Form was developed by the researcher. With the keywords emotion, emotional labour, emotional habitus, social capital, psychological capital 64 postgraduate theses which were conducted with nurses and nursing students were reached. It is understood that there are many studies on the nursing emotional habitus with indirect concepts. These concepts are related to nursing capitals and emotional labour on which emotional habitus is based and shaping. 78.1% of theses are master's theses. 25% of these theses are in business administration, 21.9% are in nursing departments, mostly in Hacettepe and Ondokuz Mayıs Universities (7.8%), 2019 (32.8%) it was built in the year. 95.3% of theses are quantitative studies. Emotional labor was studied mainly at the Institute of Health Sciences, and psychological capital was studied at the Institute of Social Sciences. The greatest variety of subjects is the psychiatry and mental health nursing training program. 21 theses on emotional labor and 8 theses on psychological capital were conducted with nurses. 12 of the theses conducted with the health personnel are on psychological capital and 2 on social capital. The theses was conducted with student nurses at the department of nursing and the program of child health and disease nursing. Only 4 of the thesis in which nurses are sampled are doctoral theses. It was determined that the majority of theses were master's thesis, they were made in a quantitative research design, and 1 thesis was conducted directly with the concept of emotional habitus. It is expected to lead researchers who will study on emotional habitus.
