Yuvarlak Örme Kumaş Hatalarının Kontrol Kartlarıyla İstatistiksel Analizi

Abstract:

Günümüzde üretim yapan tüm sektörlerin temel hedeflerinden biri üretim kalitesini arttırmaktır. Kalite kontrol uygulamaları, özellikle kumaş üreticilerinin her ürün çıktısında gerçekleştirdiği bir faaliyettir. Bu çalışmada da, toplamda 10 adet yuvarlak örme makinesi ile kumaş üretimi yapan bir tekstil işletmesinde, kumaş hataları kontrol kartları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Öncelikle kumaş hata sınıflandırılması gerçekleştirilmiş, ardından istatistiksel kalite kontrol yöntemlerinden (geleneksel ve Laney) u-kontrol kartı kullanılarak hem makine hem de hata tipleri açısından kontrol limitleri dışındaki hatalar tespit edilmiştir. Kumaş hatası nedenleri araştırılarak hataların minimize edilmesi için gerekli öneriler verilmiştir.

Today, one of the main objectives of all the industries that are producing is to improve the quality of production. Quality control practices are an activity by fabric manufacturers in each product output. In this study, in a textile company that produces fabric with a total of 10 rounds, fabric errors have been analyzed using control cards. First, the fabric error classification was carried out, then the statistical quality control methods (traditional and Laney) using the u-control card were detected errors beyond the control limits in terms of both machine and error types. Researching the causes of textile errors has been given the necessary recommendations to minimize errors.
