Abstract:

Inspection, internal inspection, disciplinary investigation and judicial inspection controls whether public employees do their business and processes within the framework of the powers recognized by the relevant legislation. Workers have the authority to do what they do. The purpose of recognition of the authority is to enable public officials to process their knowledge, skills and experience and to reflect their decisions in the best way that work can be done. High authority and responsibility requires the exercise of high appreciation. The jurisdiction is not subject to any discipline or judicial supervision, whether or not the jurisdiction is used in place. The media control will be effective in this. The Public Audit Authority examines the complaints on whether the authority of appreciation is used on the site and the results of it are submitted to the relevant public bodies in the form of a advisory decision that is not binding.
