Poets have always presented their love and respect for the Prophet with their poems, and these poems have been the main sources of literature. Especially in masnavis and diwans, following the tawhid and introduction parts, the Prophet is mentioned, praised with all beautiful attributes, and admiration to him is expressed by using the most beautiful words. The Prophet, who has been a source of inspiration for poets with his life, personality, miracles, and wars, has become the source of many literary genres. From 13th century he took place in all diwans and beautified literature with his unique beauties. So, in order to present the literary richness of Ottoman Empire in the 16th century, we wanted to consider Yavuz Sultan Selim, who is one of the Sultan poets, with his poems, especially with those about the Prophet in Persian language. Selim I, in other words Yavuz Sultan Selim, is one of the Sultan poets who values poets and scholars, protects and rewards them for their achievements, and has subtle feelings and thoughts. In his poems, he praised the Prophet with sincerity, praise, and expressions worthy of him by revealing his knowledge and abilities. Yavuz revealed the noble presence of the Prophet in his eulogies (na’t), he expressed his love, devotion, respect for him, and he threw himself on the intercession of him.
