Abstract:

“Management assistants” are responsible of easing work structure of managers who are responsible for the execution of company activities under the scope of vision and mission compliant to company functions. It is important to educate the labor to be employed in the position of Executive Assistant, which is considered to be so important for the enterprises, and to gain the sector as a productive labor force. Uludağ University Social Sciences Vocational School "Office Management and Executive Assistance Department" work on the work of the profession is changing day by day job description in the framework of education in the sector acceptance and career plans are important in terms of research. In addition, the adequacy of the content of the associate degree education in terms of business life needs will be demonstrated, and proposals for improvement arrangements that can be made at this point will also be given. During the application of survey, evaluation is made by questions prepared in order to present the preferred work fields, current positions in working life and the problems they faced in the process of finding a job and their career developments after being accepted to the company and the importance of job description is presented. Besides the evaluations made on the graduate research for the past 12 years and which reflect the employment status of graduates will contribute to the career planning of students who will prefer this division.
