So many results that aren't mine?

References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Hidatik kist hastalığı (HKH); çoğunlukla gelişmekte olan ve hayvancılığın yaygın olduğu ülkelerdeki koruyucu hekimliğin yetersizliği ile ortaya çıkan bir çeşit ekinokok cestodunun neden olduğu paraziter hastalıktır. En sık etoburların dışkısı ile etrafa yayılan yumurtaların otçul hayvanlara ve insanlara bulaşması ile ortaya çıkar. En sık karaciğerde görülebilmekle birlikte burada tutunamaz ise sistemik yayılım ile akciğere ve tüm vücuda yayılabilmektedir. Tanıdaçok direkt akciğer grafisi ve akciğer bilgisayarlı tomografi kullanılmakta olup tedavisi sıklıkla cerrahidir
