ACİL KLİNİĞE BAŞVURAN İHMAL ve/veya İSTİSMAR TANISI ALAN 0-18 YAŞ GRUBU ÇOCUKLARIN ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Bu araştırma 0-18 yaş arası acil kliniğe başvuran hastalardan, ihmal ve istismar tanısı alanların tanımlayıcı özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Retrospektif bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 09.11.2013-09.12.2014 tarihleri arasında, Eskişehir’deki bir hastanenin çocuk acil, erişkin acil ve kadın doğum acil kliniklerine başvuran 0-18 yaş arası 193.743 çocuk acil olgusundan, ihmal ve/veya istismar tanısı konulan 1528 çocuk (tam sayım) oluşturmuştur. Veriler hastane bilgi işlem sistemindeki istatistik programından (FONET-İstatistik) alınmıştır. Veri değerlendirmesi SPSS 21.0 programında yapılmıştır. BULGULAR: Çalışmamızda istismar ve/veya ihmal tanısı konulmuş çocukların %51.7’si (n=790) erkek, %58.6’sı (n=896) 0-5 yaşlar arasındadır. Olguların %75.9’unun fiziksel ihmale (n: 1160), %23.3’ünün duygusal ihmale (n: 356) maruz kaldığı belirlenmiştir. Çocukların %0.13’ü fiziksel istismara, %0.52’si cinsel istismara, %0.19’u ise duygusal istismara maruz kalmıştır. TARTIŞMA ve SONUÇ: Sonuç olarak acil kliniklere başvuru nedenleri arasında çocuk istismarı ve/veya ihmali önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Erkek ve 0-5 yaş arası çocuklarda risk daha fazladır.

Introduction and Purpose: This study was conducted in order to identify the identifying characteristics of those diagnosed with negligence and abuse from patients aged 0-18 years. Method and Requirements: It is a retrospective study. Examples of the study between 09.11.2013-09.12.2014 were 1528 children (full number) diagnosed with an emergency, neglect and/or abuse of 193.743 children between 0-18 years of age who were applying to children’s emergency, adult emergency and female birth emergency clinics in a hospital in Eskişehir. The data is obtained from the statistical program (FONET-Statistics) in the hospital information processing system. The data assessment was carried out in the SPSS 21.0 program. 51.7% of children diagnosed with abuse and/or negligence in our study are men (n=790) and 58.6% (n=896) are between 0 and 5 years of age. 75.9 percent of cases were affected by physical impairment (n: 1160), and 23.3 percent were affected by emotional impairment (n: 356). 0.13% of children were subjected to physical abuse, 0.52% were subjected to sexual abuse and 0.19% were subjected to emotional abuse. CONTRACT AND RESULT: As a result, among the reasons for applying to emergency clinics, child abuse and/or abuse holds an important place. Men and children between 0 and 5 years of age are at a higher risk.
