Sağlık işletmelerinden hizmet alan hastaların söz konusu hizmetlerden duydukları tatmin ve kuruma bağlılık düzeylerinin kurumla ilgili algılanan değeri etkileyip etkilemediği ve bunun hastaların demografik özelliklerine göre farklılık taşıyıp taşımadığını hem ayakta hem de yatarak tedavi olan hastalar açısından tespit etmek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışma Türkiye’de bir üniversite eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde ayakta (824) ve yatarak (850) hizmet alan hastalar ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre hem ayakta hem de yatarak tedavi gören hastaların sağlık hizmetlerinden duydukları tatmin ve kuruma bağlılık düzeylerinin kurumla ilgili algılanan değeri olumlu yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Ayakta tedavi gören hastalarda bu etkinin cinsiyet değişkeni dışında tüm demografik değişkenler açısından istatistiksel fark oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yatarak tedavi gören hastalarda ise tüm demografik değişkenler (cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, eğitim durumu ve hastaların hastane tercihleri) bazında farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
This study was conducted in order to identify the patient’s satisfaction and commitment to the institution that they hear from the services concerned affect the perceived value of the institution and does not differ according to the demographic characteristics of the patients, both standing and bed-treated patients, with the patient in a university education and research hospital in Turkey standing (824) and bed-treated patients (850) in order to identify the patient’s satisfaction and commitment to the institution. According to the results of the study, patients who are both standing and bed-treated have found that the levels of satisfaction and commitment to the institution that they hear from the healthcare services have a positive impact on the value perceived in relation to the institution. This effect has been found to make statistical differences in terms of all demographic variables except the gender variable. In patients treated by sleep, all demographic variables (gender, civic status, age, educational status and hospital preferences) were found to differ.
