Established by the influence of Milet colonization in the middle of the 6th century BC (the Chakalca-Karadoğan hole in today's Atakum district), the city of Amisos, along with the development of political and commercial volume and genetic processing towards the end of the 4th century BC, 16 km. It is located in the east (Toroman Mountains and its surroundings). During this period, the city has fascinated its position by expanding its boundaries along with the Necropolis area. The underground rock tomb, one of the types of tombs that are frequently found in the city's necropol area, has been discussed in this study. The subject subterranean rock tomb was built with the collapse of the konglomerate rock structure on the curved land structure. In the tomb, the findings belonged to the late Hellenistic period and the early Roman Empire period were captured. The two defined niches in the tomb are closely cooked soil unguentarium and lagynos parts attract attention. Fusiform and piriform body structures indicate the presence of a specific purpose in the tomb of the unguentariums and the ceramic parts of the lagynos. In the grave, the remains of the dead person were only captured. On one of the dead’s headaches, there is a hole. Studies on the oak have shown that trepanation is applied to the dead person's cavity. This is the first example of the trepanation cavity treated in the city necropolis. In the study, some findings were found on the application of trepanation. Furthermore, the findings taken in the in-situ position of gold, metal alloy, glass, strawberries, iron, stone, cooked soil, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, strawberries, st They are compared to analogues.
