The novelties and chances that took place since the 18th century have been affecting mankind and its peculiarities such as the way of thinking, education and *cultural values. As being the cause of all these changes in humanity; science, attracted the curiosity and adoration of people. However, some circles have continuously discussed the methodology and nature of science. These circles continued to discuss the science itself, rather than evaluating its conclusions in various fields of study. In addition to discussions on what the science can tell us regarding natural sciences and what kind of methodology it can hold, they asked whether social sciences should be considered as actually “scientific”. Arguments over the methodology of social sciences have continued. It has always been discussed among scholars, particularly social scientists, that how should science be classified and what roles can the methodological approaches hold in this classification. In this context, this research reveals how similar the dogmatic theses when Kuhn's paradigm and Rothacker's history approaches taken into account.
