İnsanlığın doğuşuyla birlikte ele alınabilecek bir olgu olan göç, insanların bulundukları yerden başka bir yere geçici, kalıcı, gönüllü ya da zorunlu bir şekilde fiili olarak yer değiştirmesidir. 20. yüzyılda yaşanmış olan savaşlardan kaynaklı olarak büyük bir yıkıma uğrayan Avrupa ülkeleri, bu yıkımı bertaraf etmek ve yeniden toparlanabilmek adına göç almaya başlamışlardır. Ancak bu şekilde başlayan göç dalgası ardından aile birleşmeleri yoluyla daha da artmıştır. Bu süreçte Avrupa’ya alınmayan göçmenler yasadışı yolları da tercih ederek Avrupa ülkelerine gelmeye başlamış ve bu durum Avrupa için bir sorun teşkil etmiştir. Avrupa Birliği üye ülkeleri bu noktada sığınmacı ve göçmenlere yönelik olarak ortak anlaşmalar ile dış sınırların kontrolünü sağlamaya çalışmıştır. Soğuk Savaş’ın ardından artan göçün etkisiyle tetiklenen güvenlik endişesi, göçmenlerin bir nevi güvenlik sorunu olarak görülmesine yol açmıştır. Bu noktada da Aşırı Sağ partiler göçmenlere yönelik olarak katı söylemlere yer vermiş ve politikalarını da buna göre şekillendirmeye başlamışlardır. Özellikle yabancı düşmanlığından beslenen Aşırı Sağ Partiler son dönemde oylarını da artırmayı başarmışlardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Avrupa’da aşırı sağ’ın göç politikalarında yarattığı dönüşüm ve bu dönüşüm çerçevesinde yine aşırı sağın yabancı düşmanlığı ile politik olarak beslenmesinin Hollanda örneği üzerinden gösterilmesidir.
Migration, a phenomenon that can be addressed with the birth of mankind, is the fact that humans are temporary, permanent, voluntary or compulsory to move to a place other than where they are. The European countries, which were greatly destroyed by the wars of the 20th century, have begun to immigrate in order to eliminate and recover this destruction. But the wave of immigration that began in this way increased further through family unification. In this process, immigrants who have not been taken to Europe have also begun to come to their European countries by preferring illegal roads, and this situation has been a problem for Europe. The EU member states have been trying to ensure the control of the external borders by joint agreements on refugees and migrants at this point. The security concerns triggered by the increasing impact of migration after the Cold War have led to the fact that migrants are seen as a native security problem. Migration, which is a phenomenon that can be handled with the birth of humankind, is the actual displacement of people from one place to another in a temporary, permanent, voluntary or obligatory way. The European countries which have been through a great destruction due to the wars in the 20th century started to receive immigration in order to eliminate this destruction and recover. However, the migration wave which started in this way increased after the family reunions. In this process, immigrants who were not taken to Europe started to come to European countries by choosing illegal ways and this became an issue for Europe. At this point, the member states of the European Union have sought to ensure the control of the external borders through joint agreements for asylum seekers and migrants. The security concern triggered by the impact of increased immigration following the Cold War led to the view that migrants were seen as a kind of security problem. At this point, the extreme right parties have included solid discourses on immigrants and have started to shape their policies accordingly. Especially the extreme right parties that have fed from xenophobia have been able to increase their votes recently. The aim of this study is to show the transformation of the migration policies by the extreme right in Europe and the political nutrition of the extreme right through xenophobia in this transformation context through the case of The Netherlands. As a method, besides literature review, content analysis, archive scans of national and international newspapers were conducted and country reviews were included. The result obtained from the study is the fact that the votes of the far-right and far-right parties in Europe and especially in the Netherlands have increased and the anti-immigrant stance has become evident, and this situation has caused the changes in the immigration policies of the parties in power and in search of power.
