The aim of this study was twofold; first to identify tourism vocational school students’ attitudes towards hotel food and beverage departments, second to investigate whether demographic profile of the students was any effect on the attitudes of these departments. To perform of this aim, the questionnaire forms were filled out by 372 students who have been taken education at vocational school of tourism and hotel management of Gaziantep University. According to results of the study, the students’ attitudes towards food and beverage departments consist of four dimensions which were named as “managerial importance of department”, “department job opportunity”, department working environment”, “trend to work at department”; and it was found that students’ attitudes were different at these dimensions. The other finding pertain in the study that “gender”, “class” and “department” of the students were not any effect while “work experience” was significant effect at their attitudes towards hotel food and beverage departments.
