Abstract:

Income is the flow of money or goods and services to a person, group, company or the whole economy within a certain period of time. The distribution of income is the form of the distribution of national income between different groups. The income distribution affects the structure of the economy, the rate of economic growth and the employment distribution. In terms of income distribution, the state plays an important role in the more balanced distribution of the growing wealth in the process of economic development and growth. The sharing of income in socio-economic development is also a guarantee of social peace. Therefore, in developed and developing countries, governments can implement income transfer policies in different ways. The social and economic development of Turkey, which has not yet reached the desired level in the industrial and non-society basis, is a sensitive issue. In this regard, the work has been detailed.  Income is the best indicator of social development. Therefore, the division of income should be fair in a society.  In this case, social welfare can increase. Poverty can be reduced. There may be optimistic expectations for the future. The country’s direct foreign investments could even increase. Employment is increasing. Unemployment is decreasing. The country’s international credibility is rising.
