Bu araştırmanın amacı danışanların çevrim içi psikolojik destek hizmetlerinden beklentilerini belirlemeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda alanyazın taraması yapılarak 62 maddelik taslak ölçek 317 bireye online olarak uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları kapsamında açıklayıcı faktör analizi (AFA), doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA), SCR, AVE, MSV, madde toplam korelasyonu, alt ve üst çeyrekler için t testi, Cronbach Alpha yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Faktör analizi sonu-cunda 21 maddelik 4 boyutlu (bilgilendirilme, güvenlik, yazışma ve haberleşme, faydalanma) bir yapıya ulaşılmıştır. DFA sonucunda dört boyutlu yapının geçerli olduğu saptanmıştır. Güvenirlik bulguları, Cronbach Alpha katsayısının 0.84 olduğunu; alt boyutlarda Cronbach Alpha katsayılarının 0.86, 0.80, 0. 84 ve 0.85 olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca, komposit güvenirlik ve geçerlik, ayırt edicilik ve yakınsaklık sonuçlarına göre tüm faktörlerin gerekli koşulları sağladığı (CR>0.70; AVE> 0.50; CR>AVE; AVE> MSV) tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucu elde edilen bulgular Çevrim İçi Psikolojik Destek Hizmetinden Beklentiler Ölçeği’nin (ÇPDBÖ) hem geçerli hem de güvenilir olarak danışanların çevrim içi danışmadan beklentilerini belirlemede kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir.
In this study, it is aimed to determine the expectations of clients from online psychological support services by developing a scale and to determine its validity and reliability. For this purpose, the literature was searched, and the 62-item draft scale was applied to 317 individuals online. To analyze the data and to conduct validity and reliability studies, explanatory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (DFA), SCR, AVE, MSV, item-total correlation, lower and upper quartiles t-test, Cronbach Alpha methods were used. Factor analysis results revealed a 4-dimensional structure consisting of 21 items. EFA results showed that the scale had construct validity. According to the reliability findings, the Cronbach Alpha coefficient of the whole scale was 0.84. Results revealed that the Cronbach Alpha coefficients for the sub-dimensions were 0.86, 0.80, 0.84 and 0.85. In addition, the results of composite reliability, validity, distinctiveness, convergence showed that all the necessary conditions were met (CR>0.70; AVE> 0.50; CR>AVE; AVE> MSV). It is determined that the Online Psychological Support Service Expectations Scale (OPSSES) can be used to determine the expectations of clients for online counseling.
