Türk Ordusunun Çanakkale'de kazandığı zaferin 80'nci yıldönümünü kutluyoruz bu yıl. Çanakkale'de kazanılan zaferin Türk askerî tarihinde müstesna bir yeri vardır. Bu ayrıcalık Çanakkale Muharebelerinin Birinci Dünya Harbi’nde cereyan eden Türk savaşları içindeki kronolojik yerinden ve sonuçlarından ileri gelmektedir. Türk Ordusunun ebedi başkomutanı ulu önder Atatürk'ün Çanakkale muharebelerinde gösterdiği askerlik ve komutanlık sanatı da bu savaşlara başka bir anlam ve önem kazandırmıştır.

This year we celebrate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Turkish army in Çanakkale. The victory in Çanakkale has an exception in the Turkish military history. This privilege comes from the chronological place and consequences of the Turkish wars that took place in the First World War of the Çanakkale battles. The art of military and command, which the eternal chief of the Turkish Army, Ulu Leader Atatürk, showed in the Chanakkale battles, has also given these wars another meaning and importance.
