So many results that aren't mine?

Basitrasine Duyarlılık Deneyinin A Grubu Streptokokları Tanımlamada Değeri

Abstract:

Basitrasin inhibisyon testinin, 75 adet Ag rubu, 46 adet A grubu dışı , toplam 121 beta hemolitik streptokok kökenini tanımlamadaki güvenilirliği araştırılmıştır. Duyarlılık testi 0.04 İÜ/ml. basitrasin içeren ticari disk ile CO2'li ve CO2'siz ortamda yapılmıştır. Ölçülen zon çapları sırasıyla ‘cut off' noktası kabul edilerek , o zon çapının A grubu streptokoku tanımlama duyarlılığı, seçiciliği, pozitif ve negatif öngörü değerleri hesaplanmıştır. En yüksek değerlerin elde edildiği zon çapı 15 mm. olmuştur. Bu zon çapı ‘cutt-of' olarak kabul edildiğinde duyarlılık % 97.77, seçicilik % 98.68, pozitif öngörü değeri % 97.72 negatif öngörü değeri % 98.68 olarak belirlenmiştir.
