Creutzfeldt Jacob's disease (CJH) is a rapidly progressive, rare, infectious, often fatal, neurodegenerative disease caused by prion protein, which has not yet been treated. Patients can come with different clinical tables. Here a 68-year-old man with paraparesis is presented to the clinic of neurology and diagnosed with CJH, a phenomenon of loss within 1 month after the diagnosis.
