Bu çalışmanın amacı, lise öğrencilerinde okula yabancılaşma algısını belirleyecek bir ölçeğin geliştirilmesidir. Genel tarama modeli kullanılan araştırmanın çalışma grubu, Şanlıurfa, Mardin ve Diyarbakır illerindeki genel ve meslek liselerinde öğrenim gören 850 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin hazırlanması sürecinde öncelikle ilgili literatür taranmış ve uzman görüşleri alınarak 40 maddeden oluşan bir havuz oluşturulmuştur. Belirlenen örneklem üzerinde uygulanan ölçek, geçerlilik analizleri sonucunda 20 maddeye düşürülmüştür. Açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, ölçeğin yapı geçerliğini destekler mahiyette faktör yapısının tutarlı olduğu ve öğrencilerin okula yabancılaşma düzeyini tek boyutlu olarak ölçtüğü belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca faktör puanlarının ve ölçek toplam puanının dağılımı incelendiğinde normal dağılımdan manidar şekilde farklı olduğu görülmüştür p
The purpose of this study is to develop a scale measuring students’ alienation feelings. The experimental group of this study conducted using general scanning model consists of 850 high school students who attend high schools in the districts of Şanlıurfa, Mardin and Diyarbakır. The scale, which was applied to the specified samples, was reduced to 20 items as a result of validity analyses. It was stated that as a result of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, factor structure supporting the structural validity of the scale was consistent and it measured students’ alienation level in one dimensional way.
