Abstract:

Örgüt içinde duygusal bağlılığı yüksek olan çalışanların aidiyetleri ve iş tatmin düzeyleri de oldukça yüksektir. Çalışanlara eğitim verilerek bilgi ve becerilerinin güçlendirilmesi ile duygusal bağlılık artırılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; mahalli idare birliklerinde verilen hizmet içi eğitimlerin, çalışanların iş tatmini ve duygusal bağlılık algılarına etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda; Türkiye belediyeler birliğinden eğitim hizmeti alan çalışanlara anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Anket verilerinin analizinde doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılmıştır. Analiz bulgularına göre; çalışanlara verilen eğitimlerin, kuruma olan duygusal bağlılığın artırılmasında ve çalışanların iş tatmin düzeyine ulaşmasında önemli bir etken olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır

Abstract:

The level of employment and employment satisfaction of employees with a high emotional commitment within the organization is also quite high. Workers can be trained by strengthening their knowledge and skills and increasing their emotional commitment. The aim of this study is to explore the impact of service training in local administrative units on employees' job satisfaction and emotional commitment perceptions. In accordance with this objective, the survey was carried out to employees who receive training services from the Turkish municipality unions. In the analysis of the survey data, verifying factor analysis and structural equality model have been used. Analysis finds that training to employees is an important factor in increasing emotional commitment to the institution and achieving the level of employment satisfaction of employees.

The affiliation and job satisfaction levels of employees with high emotional commitment within the organization are also very high. By training employees, emotional commitment can be increased by strengthening their knowledge and skills. The aim of this study; to investigate the effect of in-service trainings given in local administration associations on the job satisfaction and emotional commitment perceptions of the employees. In accordance with this purpose; Turkey association of municipalities and educational services to the employee survey from the province's service unions application is made. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model were used in the analysis of the survey data. According to the analysis findings; It is concluded that the trainings given to the employees are an important factor in increasing the emotional commitment to the institution and reaching the job satisfaction level of the employees.
