Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to discuss the sixteen-year-old military high school student who died while playing football from a medical point of view. After the ball was hit in the chest, the ball was shattered. He was found dead at the hospital he was taken. In the autopsy, the left ventricular walls of the myocard cuts were altered in the white color, hyperemia in the septum was observed. In the histopathological examination of the heart; in the rectum cuts, the rectum areas formed by the mature joint tissue in the left ventricule and in the septum coagulation necrosis were detected. The cause of death was as a myocardial infarction. With the importance of measures against the preventable causes of sudden heart deaths in young age and the importance of health examinations in these cases, the examinations that should be carried out from a medical point of view should be discussed in terms of medical, personality limits, judicial investigation.
