Abstract:

Baş ağrısı, baş dönmesi, denge kaybı, cisimleri çift görme şikayetleri ile başvuran 36 yaşında erkek hastanın dış merkezde yapılan beyin magnetik rezonans(MR) görüntülemesinde multifokal kitle lezyonları metastaz lehine yorumlanmış. Hastanın ayrıntılı anemnez, fizik muayene bulguları göz önünde bulundurularak yapılan ileri tetkik incelemeleri sonucunda hasta kist hidatik beyin metastazı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Alveolar Kist Hidatik; Echinococcus; Serebral Hidatik Kist Abstract A Case Of Alveolar Cyst Hydatid Which Involved To Brain And Liver A 36 years old male patient was complaining about headache, vertigo, balance lost and double sight. On the brain magnetic resonance examination, the multifocal mass lesions were annotated as metastasis. Advanced examination studies done by taking the patient's detailed anamnesis and physical examinations results into consideration was evaluated as hydatic brain metastasis. Head pain, turmoil, loss of balance, doubling the objects with complaints of the 36-year-old male patient's brain magnetic resonance (MR) display in the outer center, the multifocal mass injury was interpreted in favor of metastasis. The patient's detailed anemies, the results of advanced examinations carried out taking into account the findings of physical examination, the patient's cyst was considered a hidative brain metastasis.
