Objective: It is suggested that the leg joint has sufficient movement transparency and that the proper work of the muscles around the leg is important to ensure balance, maintain and prevent falls. The aim of the study was to study the relationships between the openness of the leg movement, muscle strength and balance in healthy young adults and also to identify the factors associated with the leg which determine the static and dynamic balance. MATERIAL-METHOT: 94 healthy young adults were taken to the study of the identifying type. The static and dynamic balance of individuals was evaluated using the Biodex Balance System by the Emotional Interactive Balance (DED) Test and the Stability Limit Test (KST). Dorsiflexion movement clarity is measured by a dynamometer that holds the dorsifleksor muscle strength (DFKK) hand in hand with the foot ground forward movement test. For the analysis of the relationship between the variables, Spearman Correlation Analysis, linear regression analysis was performed for the determination of the factors determining the balance. The result of the left-earth and DED test found a correlation in a positive direction between the eye closed hard floor release index (SZSI), low-power (p=0.038, r=0.214). There is no significant relationship between the KST score and any variable (p>0.05). According to the results of the Regression analysis, the one-significant determiner of Eye Open SZ SI was left DFKK (p=0.047, 4% of the variation). Results: Young adults have a meaningful relationship in the negative direction between openness of dorsification movement and open eyes hard ground static balance. The study found that the only determiner of the static balance was the left DFKK, but the muscle strength described a relatively low part of the variation as 4%.
