So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

İşletmeler maksimum kar elde etme ve devamlılığını sağlamak amacıyla etkin pazarlama yönetimi uygulamak zorundadır. Etkin pazarlama yönetimi de ürün, fiyat, dağıtım ve tutundurma bileşenlerinin etkin şekilde yürütülmesiyle gerçekleşir. İşletmenin mal ve hizmetlerini hedef kitleye tanıtan tutundurma bileşenidir. Tutundurma fonksiyonunun en etkili ve en pahalı yöntemi ise kişisel satıştır. Araştırmada kişisel satış personelinin mesleklerine ilişkin algıları metaforlar aracılığıyla incelenmiştir. Nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgu bilim modeli kullanılmıştır. 30 kişisel satış personeliyle yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Kişisel satış kavramına yönelik geliştirdikleri metaforlar içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda kişisel satış kavramına ilişkin 6 kategori altında 16 metafor geliştirdikleri görülmüştür. Kişisel satış personelinin iletişime açık, yol gösterici, bilgili, zamanı iyi kullanan ve ihtiyaçlara göre hareket eden olduğu metaforlar aracılığıyla anlatılmıştır. Bu çalışmayla kişisel satış personelinin pazarlamadaki önemi, metaforlar aracılığıyla ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

An analysis of the metaphoric elements of the profession of the personal sales staff

Abstract:

Companies must implement effective marketing management in order to maximum profit and ensure their continuity. Effective marketing management is also achieved by the effective implementation of the product, price, distribution and holding components. It is the component of holding the business’s goods and services to the target audience. The most effective and expensive method of holding function is personal sales. In the study, the perceptions of personal sales staff about the professions were studied through metaphors. The scientific model is used from the research patterns. 30 personal sales staff have been interviewed. The metaphors they developed for the concept of personal sales were studied by the method of content analysis. The study found that 16 metaphors were developed under 6 categories related to the concept of personal sales. Personal sales staff is described through metaphors that are open to communication, guided, informed, good-use time and behave according to needs. With this study, the importance of personal sales staff in marketing was sought to be revealed through metaphors.
