Kesme Kuvvetlerinin Tahmini İçin Matematiksel Bir Model Geliştirme

Bu çalışma, talaş kaldırma sırasında oluşan kesme kuvvetlerinin kesme deneyleri yardımıyla belirlenmesini ve kesme parametrelerindeki değişime göre kesme kuvvetlerinin tahmini için matematiksel model geliştirilmesini ihtiva etmektedir. Bu amaçla; kuru kesme şartları altında üç farklı talaş kırıcı formuna sahip kesici takımlar kullanılarak, kesme deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. AISI 1050 deney numuneleri üzerinde üç farklı kesme hızı ile iki farklı ilerleme ve kesme derinliği kullanılarak kesme deneyleri yapılmıştır. Kesme kuvvetleri Kistler 9257B dinamometre yardımıyla eşzamanlı olarak ölçülmüştür. Kesme deneyleri sonucunda ölçülen kesme kuvveti bileşenlerinin her biri için uygulanabilir bir matematiksel model geliştirilmiştir. Kesme kuvveti bileşenlerinin matematiksel olarak modellenmesi; kesme hızı, ilerleme, kesme derinliği ve talaş kırıcının talaş açısına dayalı olarak, istatistiksel bir analiz tekniği olan regresyon analizi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kesme kuvveti bileşenleri için kesme parametrelerine göre geliştirilen model sonuçlarının deneysel sonuçlarla çok yakın bir dağılım sergilediği görülmüştür.

Abstract:

In this present study includes the experimentally determination of the cutting forces which occur during metal cutting,and developing a mathematical model for the cutting forces prediction depending on the cutting parameters variation. For thispurpose, various cutting experiments were carried out under dry conditions using cutting tools have three different chip breakerforms. Machining tests were performed on AISI 1050 steel using three cutting speeds, two feed rates, and two depths of cut. Thecutting forces occurred during metal cutting were measured simultaneously by Kistler 9257B dynamometer. A practicablemathematical model for every one of the cutting force components was developed using the cutting force data measured bycutting tests. Mathematically modelling procedure for the cutting force components based on the cutting parameters such ascutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut, and the rake angle of the chip breaker carried out using regression analysis which is astatistical analysis technique. A good agreement between the results of the developed model for the cutting force components andthe results of experimentally obtained the cutting force data was seen
