In literature, uterine anomalies are seen 10-15 times more in infertile cases. Our aim is to point out the importance of evaluation of uterine anomalies, with our case. Special diagnostic procedures to detect uterine anomalies are not usually performed before reproductive performance is tested. Most patients evaluated for repeated abortion and found to have a uterine anomaly will have a septate uterus. A few will have other anomalies, mostly the bicornuate uterus. Fetal survival rates are higher after septate uterus repair than after other repairs.
