So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

INTRODUCTION: We aimed to analyze the results and complications of pregnancy of pregnant women who gave birth at home METHODS: : In 2010 and 2015, among patients who applied to our clinic, results regarding 76 pregnant who gave birth at home and the 97 pregnant women who gave birth at hospital were retrospectively evaluated. RESULTS: 76 patients who gave birth at home were admitted in the early postpartum period, The mean age of patients who delivered at home was 30.07 ± SD 5: 50; besides it was 29.88 ± 5: 50 SD in the control group. The majority of patients who delivered at home consisted of multipars. Parity distribution was 2 ± 1.08 SD at home giving birth patients. It was learned that 40 of 76 patients (52.63%) who gave birth at home planned to give birth at home previously. But None of the patients who gave birth at home did not have the conditions the World Health Organization recommended for home delivery. When the results are analyzed for obstetric parameters it was observed that majority of patients who delivered at home had a great 37 weeks of pregnancy and had the cephalic presentation. Episiotomy is not applied in any of the patients who delivered at home but 1. and 2. degree perineal lacerations occurred in 57.89% of patients. These ratios were 59.79% and 40.20% respectively for the control group. There was no difference in neonatal outcomes in both groups. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: Although there was no difference between the groups in terms of neonatal and obstetric outcomes we do not recommend planned or unplanned home birth because of the conditions of our country is not yet possible to provide the minimum requirements by the World Health Organization recommends.
