Introduction: Student-centered education, education satisfaction, expectations are important in quality education systems. Objectives: This study is conducted to determine the education satisfication of nursing students and thefactor levels influencing this. Methods: Sample of the research is formend by 284 students in Nursing Department of Ondokuz Mayıs University Health College between spring semester 2013- 2014. Data are collected using personal form and Student Satisfaction Scale - Short Form. Data analysis in SPSS 16 program average, percentage calculations with one-way ANOVA and t-test was performed. Results: Research students participating in the average age of 20.42 ± 1.96, 75.4% female, 33.1% of the first class students, 51.1% of nursing department is satisfied, 38.7% of the school is satisfied and 54.1% of academic success are good perceived as stated. SSS-SF taken from the total average score is determined as 167.56 ± 40.59, lower size item with the highest mean score of 3.24 ± 0.82 with the teaching staff size has been received. This was followed; school administration (3.20 ± 0.82), participation in decision making (3.19 ± 0.84), the quality of education and training (3.10 ± 0.87), scientific, social and technical facilities (3.08 ± 082) was followed. Conclusions: Research results have a medium level of satisfaction of the students and highest point average among scale sub-dimensions is the academic lecturers
