Abstract:

Çin’de başlayan COVID-19 süreci, kısa sürede küresel bir sorun haline gelmiştir. Bulaşıcı hastalık salgınlarında alınan enfeksiyon kontrol yöntemleri bireylerin psikolojik belirtiler göstermesine neden olmakta ve ruh sağlığını olumsuz yönde etkileyebilmektedir. Bu süreçte birçok ülkede sosyal izolasyon ve karantina tedbirleri kullanılmıştır. Literatürde özellikle karantina ve izolasyon yöntemlerinin uygulanması durumunda ruh sağlığı sorunlarının görülme olasılığının arttığı bildirilmektedir. Bu nedenle, ruh sağlığını korumaya yönelik uygulamaların bilinmesinin önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu derlemede COVID-19 tanılı bireylerin yaşayabileceği olası ruhsal sorunlar ve başetmeye yardımcı olabilecek yaklaşımlardan bahsedilecektir

The COVID-19 process, which began in China, has soon become a global problem. Infection control methods taken in the epidemic of infectious diseases cause individuals to show psychological symptoms and may negatively affect mental health. In many countries, social isolation and quarantine measures have been used. In literature, it is that the likelihood of mental health problems is increased, especially in case of the application of quarantine and isolation methods. Therefore, it is considered important to know the practices aimed at preserving mental health. This collection will discuss potential mental problems that individuals with COVID-19 may experience and approaches that can help to resolve.
