Usufructuary lease is a contract that the owner gives over a yielding thing or using the right of it and its fruits that the owner thinks to assign to the tenant who is required to pay some defi ned or defi nable rental as a provision to gather the products. Whereas immovable agricultural properties were the focus of usufructuary lease during the periods of undeveloped technology, the extent of these properties have been comparatively expanding with the development of technology and economy. Expiration of the contract is also important with its inception and endurance in an advantageous way for the both parties. Expiration of Usufructuary Lease always may not end as predicted. Sometimes, the agreement needs to be immediately concluded in spite of its all negative results. Since these kind of conclusions may bring some sanctions and loss for both sides, to know the procedures to put an end to the agreement may provide the parties to a little relax. Not only may Usufructuary lease end according to the specifi c reasons of expiration in Turkish Code of Obligations, but also terminate concerning the blanket clauses of Turkish Code of Obligations and its rental agreement provisions.
