History of the Qur'an (History of the Qur'an) is the work of Theodor Nöldeke about the history of the Qur'an in 1860. The book was re-published in 1909-1919-1938 with the contributions of Friedrich Schwally, Gotthelf Bergsträßer and Otto Pretzl, making some additions in three paintings. The printing process that has been spread for a century has enabled the book to include new topics and sources. Three other writers, including Nöldeke, have also shown their work in the east and, if necessary, in the west, making the book rich in terms of source. The number of these sources is over five. If we need to categorize the history of the Qur’an, we can divide them into two sources: Islamic and Western. Islamic sources can also be categorized under the topics of the ancient writings, including the old writings of the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, the Qur’an, and the Qur’an. Geschichte des Qorâns (The History of the Qur’an) is the work of Theodor Nöldeke about the history of the Qur’an which was written in 1860. The book was re-published in three volumes in 1909-1919- 1938 with the contributions of Friedrich Schwally, Gotthelf Bergsträßer and Otto Pretzl. The printing process, which has been around for nearly a century, has enabled the inclusion of new topics and resources in the book. The fact that the other three authors, especially Nöldeke, have made reference to the works done both in the East and West have made the book rich in resources. The number of these resources exceeds five hundred. If we need to categorize the sources in Geschichte des Qorâns, we can divide them into two as Islamic and Western sources. Islamic sources, especially the old writing mushafs, commen-tary, ‘ulûm al-Qur’an, qirâ’at, rasm al-mushaf, hadith, al-sirâ, history, tabaqât, biography, geography, bibliography, linguistik, grammar, literature, dictionary, poets’ divans, fiqh, morality and refusal can be mentioned under the headings. In this study we have only included the Islamic sources of the Geschichte des Qorâns. Western sources will be the subject of another article.
