İlk hikâyesini 1957’de yayımlayan Rasim Özdenören, 2009’a kadar on hikâye kitabı yayımlar. Yaklaşık yarım asırdır hikâye yazmaya devam eden yazar 1970 sonrası Türk hikâyeciliğinin önemli isimlerindendir. Bu yazıda hikâyelerinde öne çıkan üç mesele etrafında yazarın hikâyeciliği değerlendirilmiştir. Bu meselelerden “baba ve oğul” çatışması daha çok yazarın 1980’lere kadar yazdığı hikâyelerde görülür. “Manevi bağ”, 1980’lerin başı ile 2000 arasındaki hikâyelerde öne çıkar. “Şehirde kadın” meselesi ise 2000 sonrası hikâyelerde görülür. Yazarın hikâyelerinde belli zamanlarda ağırlık kazanan bu meseleler Türk toplumundaki kültürel değişimle de ilgilidir. Yazarın ele aldığı meselelerdeki farklılıklar kadar oluşturduğu hikâye yapıları da farklılıklar gösterir
Rasim Özdenören, who published his first story in 1957, has published ten stories books until 2009. The writer, who has continued to write the story for about half a century, is one of the important names of Turkish history after 1970. In this article, the author’s story has been evaluated around the three issues that are highlighted in his stories. Of these issues, the conflict of "father and son" is more seen in the stories the writer wrote until the 1980s. The "spiritual bond" appears in the stories between the early 1980s and 2000. The "Women in the City" issue is seen in the after 2000 stories. These issues, which gain weight in the writer's stories at certain times, are also related to cultural change in the Turkish society. The structure of the story that the writer deals with the differences in the issues he deals with also shows differences.
