Abstract:

Bu araştırmada, Erzurum İli Pasinler İlçesindeki 154 tarım işletmesinin sermaye yapısı incelenmiştir. Buişletmelerde ortalama parsel büyüklüğü 18.13 da'dır. Mevcut arazinin %79.54'ü mülk araziden oluşmaktadır.İşletmelerde ortalama işgücü miktarı 3.91 EİB'dir. İşletmelerde sermaye dağılımı oldukça dengesizdir. Aktifsermaye içinde ki arazi sermayesinin oranı %89.96, işletme sermayesinin oranı ise yalnızca %10.04'tir.İşletmelerin kullandığı yabancı sermaye oranı %11.35'tir
