Amaç: Araştırmanın temel amacı, çocukluk çağında yaşanan travmaların evlilik doyumunu etkileme düzeyini analiz etmektir. Çocukluk travmaları ve bağlanma stillerinin evlilik doyumu üzerindeki etkilerine bakılırken bunun dışında, evlilik biçimi, evlilik süresi ve eğitim durumları gibi değişkenlerin evlilik doyumu üzerinde farklılık yaratıp yaratmadığına da bakılmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda en az 1 yıldır evli kadın katılımcılar ile ölçekler elden verilip veriler toplanmıştır. Katılımcılara Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Çocukluk Çağı Travmaları Ölçeği (ÇÇTÖ), Yakın İlişkilerde Yaşantılar Envanteri (YİYE-II), İlişkilerde Mutluluk Ölçeği (İMÖ) ve Semptom Değerlendirme Ölçeği (SA-45) uygulanmıştır. Kişisel bilgi formu cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim, evlenme şekli, evlilik süresi, sahip olunan çocuk sayısı hakkında sorular içermektedir. Bulgular: Yapılan istatistik sonucunda sosyo-demografik özellikler ile evlilik doyumu arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıştır. Bununla birlikte bağlanma örüntüleri, psikolojik iyi oluş ve travmatik yaşantılar ile evlilik doyumu arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Yapılan istatistik sonuçlarına göre, evlilik doyumu ve bağlanma örüntüleri, psikolojik iyi oluş ve travmatik yaşantılar arasında negatif bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Sonuç: Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, yetişkin bağlanma stilleri evlilik doyumunu etkilemektedir. Çift terapisi çalışmalarında bağlanma sorunlarının değerlendirilip ele alınmasının önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir.
Purpose: The main purpose of the study is to analyze the level of trauma in childhood affecting marriage satisfaction. Considering the effects of childhood traumas and bonding styles on marriage satisfaction, it has also been considered that variables such as marriage form, marriage time and educational conditions make differences on marriage satisfaction. Method: In accordance with the objective of the study, at least 1 year married women and participants have been drawn up scales and data collected. The participants were applied the Personal Information Form, Childhood Trauma Scale, Inventory of Relationships in Near Relationships (YYE-II), Happiness Scale in Relationships (IMC) and Symptom Assessment Scale (SA-45). Personal information forms include questions about gender, age, education, form of marriage, time of marriage, the number of children possessed. Results: The statistics showed no significant difference in statistical terms between socio-demographic characteristics and marriage satisfaction. However, there has been a meaningful relationship between bonding patterns, psychological well-being and traumatic experiences and marriage satisfaction. According to the statistical results, there is a negative relationship between marriage satisfaction and bonding patterns, psychological well-being and traumatic experiences. Result: According to the findings of the study, adult bonding styles affect marriage satisfaction. In double therapy studies, it is considered important to evaluate and address connectivity problems.
Objective: The main purpose of the study is to analyse the childhood traumatic experiences impact on marital satisfaction. While considering the childhood trauma and attachment styles impacts on marital satisfaction, differences between some socio-demographic factors such as marital style, length of marriage and education level will also be referred. Methods: Participants are randomly selected between women married more than a year and they filled out Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, Experiences in Close Relationship II (YIYE-II) and Symptom Assesment-45 (SA-45), Relationship Happiness Questionnaire (IMO), Personal Information Form including sex, age, education, marital status, length of marriage, number of children and type of marriage related questions. Results: According to the results of the statistics, there was no statistically significant difference between socio-demographic factors and marital satisfaction. However, significant relationships have been found between marital satisfaction and attachment styles, psychological well-being, and traumatic experiences. Statistical results showed that there is a negative relationship between marital satisfaction and attachment styles, psychological well-being and traumatic experiences. Conclusion: According to the results of the study, adult attachment styles impress marital satisfaction. It is thought that it is important to evaluate and handle attachment problems in couple therapy studies.
